This double shortlisting reflects the heart of who we are.
Our Executive Team has led with humility, clarity, and ambition, guiding schools through significant challenges, raising standards, and creating a culture where leaders feel seen, supported, and connected. They have transformed systems, strengthened operations, implemented strategic improvements, and put wellbeing and professional growth at the centre of everything we do.
At the same time, our commitment to inclusive, child‑centred education has been recognised nationally. Over the past year, we have invested in specialist provision, opened new SEND units, expanded access to assistive technology, developed a Trust‑wide SEND curriculum, and placed trauma‑informed approaches at the heart of our practice. We are proud to serve communities with complex needs and to champion inclusion not as an initiative, but as a core value.
To be shortlisted in both categories is a huge honour.
