Our Synergy Local Offer is open to both Synergy and non-Synergy schools, providing high-quality, practical professional learning that strengthens inclusive practice and improves outcomes for all pupils.

Delivered by experienced Trust leaders and specialists, our programmes focus on what matters most in today’s classrooms — from behaviour regulation and relationships to SEND and inclusive practice. Through structured, evidence-informed sessions, colleagues will develop the confidence, knowledge and strategies needed to support diverse learners effectively.

Alongside our training programmes, we also offer our popular ‘Book, Biscuit and Brew’ Education Leadership Book Club, open to anyone beyond the Trust who is passionate about leadership. These relaxed, monthly sessions create space to explore key leadership texts, share perspectives and connect with colleagues in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Participants benefit from:

· Small cohort sizes to enable meaningful discussion and personalised support.

· Practical, classroom-ready strategies that can be implemented immediately.

· Opportunities to collaborate with professionals across a range of schools and settings.

· A strong focus on real-world application, not just theory.

Whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of SEND, enhance your approach to inclusive teaching, strengthen relational and regulation practice, or engage in thoughtful leadership dialogue through our book club, the Synergy Local Offer provides high-impact professional development to support your next steps.
