Pupils from several Synergy Education Trust schools recently took part in the Blackpool Youth Service Symposium, hosted by Highfurlong School. The event brought together young people to explore important issues affecting their communities, with workshops and discussions focusing on vaping, counterfeit and illegal goods, and environmental challenges. Representatives from Trading Standards also attended, providing valuable insights and helping pupils develop a greater understanding of the risks and responsibilities associated with these topics. The symposium was a highly educational and impactful experience, empowering pupils to share their views, build awareness, and become more informed and engaged citizens.
