The team began with an energising keynote from Olympian Ben Hunt-Davis, who inspired us to ask: #WillItMakeTheBoatGoFaster? — a powerful call to align our actions with our core purpose and goals.
We were also challenged by the thought-provoking Naomi Sesay, encouraging us to reflect deeply on how we understand our world and the people in it. A vital message about perspective, empathy, and the importance of true #inclusion.
