Happy 1st Birthday to Synergy Education Trust! What an incredible year it has been!
We’ve grown from three to five schools, with more on the horizon, expanded our SEND provisions, and enhanced governance and operations. Collaboration has been at the heart of our journey, with schools working together to drive high-quality teaching, improve outcomes, and share best practices.
From major infrastructure upgrades to strengthening our workforce and fostering innovation, we are proud of the impact we've made.
