We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning, providing individual and small group support to pupils across the school. They will assist with classroom preparation, pupil assessment and the implementation of learning activities, helping to ensure all children are engaged, supported and able to reach their full potential.

Applicants should have relevant experience and have a proven record showing ability to:
- have lots of energy while being flexible, adaptable and able to use your own initiative
- demonstrate good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with children, parents, staff and the wider community
- demonstrate a wide knowledge and application of behavioural strategies, and clearly show how these can be implemented effectively to meet individual children's needs
- plan, prepare and deliver learning to individuals, groups and/or classes modifying and adapting activities as necessary.
- Assess, record and report on development, progress and attainment.
- the post holder will be subject to enhanced DBS clearance

Salary: NJC Grade C SCP5-6 £25,583 - £25,989 per annum, pro rata
