We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our specialist SEND unit and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with complex needs.

About the Role
You will work closely with SEND team to:
- · Support pupils with complex needs in accessing learning
- · Build trusting, nurturing relationships
- · Adapt activities to meet individual needs
- · Promote independence, communication and confidence
- · Contribute to a safe, supportive and inclusive environment
This role is ideal for someone who is either experienced in SEND or eager to learn, with a genuine passion for supporting children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
