What will I study?
The book uses a short leadership fable to introduce pig wrestling, a metaphor for getting stuck repeatedly trying to solve the wrong version of a problem rather than addressing its real cause.
Overall, the message is that real change happens when leaders change how they think about problems, enabling progress in complex, emotionally charged, or stuck situations at work and in life.
